Welcome to Reading Massage Therapy
Reading Massage Therapy is owned and run exclusively by Gina Kernutt. She is a professionally qualified holistic massage therapist, aromatherapist and baby massage teacher. Her highly successful practice was founded right here in Reading in 1996. Over the last 30 years Gina has gained a wealth of professional experience, skill and knowledge while working from her private practice, rehabilitation, health and leisure centres, hospitals, and on-site for the corporate sector. Over the years Gina has featured in many newspaper articles and she has also been interviewed by the BBC on several occasions. She now works exclusively from her private practice, which is located in Tilehurst Reading.
In 2008, Gina moved to live on the Greek island of Crete with her husband. While living on Crete, Gina was honoured to secure and retain contracts with the Souda Bay Nato Base to provide massage treatments for the servicemen and women and staff stationed at the base. After enjoying ten wonderful years living on Crete, Gina and her husband returned to live in Reading once again.
Gina said, "I've been a massage therapist for 30 years now, and today I'm just as committed to providing the very best therapeutic treatments as when I first qualified in 1996. The cost of my massage treatments remains as always, reasonably priced, so that more people can experience the many benefits of massage therapy. "My core ethos is all about treating every client as I would wish to be treated myself." Prices for treatment starts from £55.00.

Testimonials
"Gina is a wonderful massage therapist. You can feel she genuinely cares about her clients, and has a wealth of experience to draw upon. She has a deeply intuitive approach, her fingers glide over the body discovering sore spots with ease and she supports the massage experience by working through the body layer by layer. This approach allows the client to let go, and trust that she will do what Gina does best, communicate with the body and supports it to release pain and tension to enable more relaxation, flexibility and ease. It is not easy to find a massage therapist who relates to the body in such a wise way, so thank you Gina." - Maria in Reading
"I have been treated by Gina for around the last 15 years related mainly to sports injuries and stress. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and tailors a massage to suit your needs after ascertaining the root cause of the problem. I can honestly say she is the best massage therapist that I have seen. I'm so pleased that she has returned from Crete to continue with her practice as I could not find a suitable replacement for deep tissue massage while she was away." - Stephen in Tilehurst

“Three great years of experiencing the best ever massages which has got rid of twenty-year-old knots in my back and really improved my wellbeing. Gina is the best!!” - Melvina in Reading
“I love a good massage besides the fact that I've also been suffering from severe muscle tension in my back, shoulders and neck for over a decade. I have had sports and therapeutic massage over the years, from China and Hong Kong, through Dubai, to various places in Europe and of course in the UK where I currently live. Gina was recommended by an acquaintance, and wow, was I in for a fabulous surprise. I found the best massage I have ever had! The best way I can sum up Gina is that she has healing hands. She peels away layers of tension and stress with skill, experience and empathy. Beautifully executed massage therapy. I wholehearted recommend Gina. Try and you're in for a treat.” -Kamran in London
“I have experienced the benefit over many years now of Gina's fantastic hands-on powers. Full body Aromatherapy massage is the most wonderfully relaxing thing. Gina has my highest recommendation as a complementary therapist. There is nobody else that I've had to go back to year after year.” -Gavin in Wokingham
“I met Gina in December 2009 and I have had massages ever since. She's very skilled, works with passion and deep intuition and I'd like to recommend her to everyone. Either to treat physical ailments or for deep relaxation.” -

“I started having massage from Gina in about 2001. She is highly skilled in understanding the way the body works and in massage techniques. Gina is also very intuitive in the way she works. You don't get the feeling you are being subjected to a formula. I've used Gina for help with injuries and for relaxing massage. Everything has always been excellent. She's head and shoulders above anyone I've used previously.” -

“I first met Gina Kernutt in 2000. After my first massage I immediately felt such a release of tension that I became one of Gina's regular clients. When I am with her, I feel the care, attention and love that Gina gives unconditionally. Whilst treating me, she tailors the massage to meet my specific needs each time and I have always left the treatment room feeling so much better than when I went in. I consider Gina's massages to have been essential to improving my health and wellbeing over the years and she is irreplaceable. Gina is a fantastic therapist and I highly recommend her to you.” -
